Worldcoin Help Center

What personal user data does Worldcoin collect and what does the organization do with my data?

Users are not required to share any identifiers like name or e-mail with the Worldcoin project. Of course, Worldcoin users may choose to share additional personal data with us, like their email address (to stay up to date with announcements), but this is never required.

Neither Tools for Humanity nor the Worldcoin Foundation are a data broker company and our business model does not involve exploiting personal user data for profit. The Worldcoin project is only interested in a user’s uniqueness—i.e., that they have not signed up for World ID before—not their identity.
